Rich Bolen
Rich Bolen is a practicing real estate attorney with his offices in Lexington, South Carolina. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989 and his J. D. from the University Of South Carolina School Of Law in 1993. He is a former General Counsel to Secretary of State Jim Miles and Hearing Officer for the South Carolina Employment Security Commission. Rich is admitted to practice in South Carolina, Georgia and New York as well as before the Federal District Courts for South Carolina and New York. The Bolen Law Firm was established in 1998 beginning as a general practice and developing into a real estate practice by 2003. The firm currently handles primarily residential real estate purchases, refinances, home equity lines and title insurance matters and foreclosure work for lenders. His firm regularly deals with title problems, including lost mortgages, missing heirs or owners, easements, restrictions, zoning and foreclosures on title.
Rich is married and lives in Lexington with his wife Lisa. He is a former Marine who enjoys watching sports, particularly football and baseball both college and professional and is an active fantasy sports participant. He also enjoys gardening. One of his favorite pastimes is restoring classic American cars. He is currently working on a 1963 Ford Galaxie and a 1947 Cadillac.
TJ Polson
As
Office Manager and Senior Paralegal for the firm, T.J. acts as the primary
liaison between lenders, clients, and employees.
T.J. brings to the table over five years of management experience, and
she strives to ensure that the firm conducts its business in a professional,
courteous, and organized manner. In
addition to her office management duties, T.J. also serves as the Closing
Paralegal and Title Specialist for the firm’s purchase, refinance
and equity line transactions. She works directly
with clients, lenders, agents, attorneys, and vendors to ensure the prompt and
efficient closing of each file. She
is responsible for the title commitment and document preparation, post-closing,
funding, and preparation of all the firm's real estate closings. T.J.’s
strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as her devotion to her
work and attention to detail are valuable assets to the firm.
T.J. has been with The Bolen Law Firm since July of 2005.
Prior to joining the firm, T.J. worked in management for a deferred
presentment company in
In her spare time, T.J. enjoys being with her boyfriend Sean,
Shopping, spending time with family and friends, and watching Clemson Football
and Nextel Cup Racing. She resides
in Saluda County with her dog, Reecy.
Tanya Rowell
As
the firms’ receptionist and scheduler, Tanya acts as the main contact
representative for the firm. She
provides not only the prompt and friendly service that our clients expect, but
she also has the keen ability to juggle the demands of a multi-lined phone
system while meeting the needs and requests of clients and lenders alike.
Her responsibilities include receiving inbound calls, obtaining all
necessary information to open new closing files, and coordinating closing dates,
times and locations with lenders and clients.
Tanya has been with The Bolen Law Firm since October of 2007.
Prior to joining the firm, Tanya worked part time as a Massage Therapist
and was a full time stay-at-home Mom.
In her spare time, Tanya enjoys activities such as softball,
shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family.
She and her husband, Mitch, reside in Gaston with their daughter,
Juliana.
Henry Williams
Every
office requires a “Chief Information Administrator”, and the Bolen Law Firm is
lucky to have one of the best. Henry
is available to assist in some way through most areas of the closing process,
and also serves as our post-closing and document processor.
Henry is also responsible for acting as the primary document specialist
which includes mail-outs of all Deeds and Mortgages, and preservation and
storage of files and data. Though
Henry doesn’t have much direct contact with our clients or lenders, his
behind-the-scenes everyday tasks are as important as the other employees of our
firm. Henry has been with The Bolen Law
Firm since April of 2006. Prior to
joining the firm, Henry worked in the customer service field for a retail
establishment.
Henry enjoys playing with his multiple stringed instruments,
reading about military history, and spending time with his girlfriend, Ellen.
He resides in
